BPMIGAS
Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS) is a state-owned corporation established by Law. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas and Government Regulation. 42 of 2002 on the Executive Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas. Two These regulations mandate the BPMIGAS to exercise control and supervision of activities Cooperation Agreement or Production Sharing Contract (Production Sharing Contracts) in the upstream oil and gas industry. Currently oversees about 300 BPMIGAS Cooperation Contract Contractors that operate throughout the country.
BPMIGAS offers an opportunity for Indonesia’s best sons and daughters of various backgrounds to jointly develop the sector has consistently contributed to state revenues.
