Indonesia-Korea Environmental Cooperation Center (IKECC) is a government agency established under the Korea Environmental Industry and Technology Institute with the aim to strengthen environmental collaboration between Indonesia and Korea. Its main functions include providing support and guidance for bilateral environmental initiatives. Another important role of IKECC is to encourage private sector partnerships between Indonesia and Korea in order to protect Indonesia’s environment and to promote sustainable development.

Currently IKECC is looking to fill the position of Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (from an accredited 4‐year university) in environmental sciences, economics or other relevant fields
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in an international setting

Competencies
1. Knowledge

• General understanding of Indonesia’s environmental sector required
• Technical knowledge of environmental services provision process preferred
• Economic understanding of environmental markets an advantage
• Familiarity with Indonesian government structure and procedures an advantage
• Working knowledge of with public‐private partnerships an advantage

2. Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quality research

3. Languages

• Full working proficiency in English and advanced command of Korean OR full working proficiency in Korean and advanced command of English required

4. Computer

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office required
• Familiarity with web‐based applications and social network services preferred
