Human Resource Assistant

Qualification:

• Under HR Manager’s supervision, the Human Resource Assistant will participate and provide support in all HR functions at Gameloft studio in Yogyakarta, and will contribute to its successful set-up and development in the following:
• All activities related to recruitment: test and interview schedule, recruiting events, filing CV, updating recruitment database, etc;
• Works related to insurance, labor contracts, labor registration, personnel paperwork, studio life (celebrations, team-building activities and others for staff) according to HR Manager’s assignments;
• Communication out of or inside the company serving HR activities;
• Other HR activities when required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related areas;
• Experience in HR is preferable;
• Office computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking), and excellent Bahasa Indonesia;
• Well-organized and sociable;
• Sense of responsibility, result-orientation, flexibility;
• Ability to work under high pressure
